Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to members and guests
• Respond to fitness class and facility inquiries
• Enforce access rules for fitness spaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment
• Oversee the programming for student wellness
Requirements:
• Post Secondary Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 months related experience required
• Personal trainer certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in fitness facility operations
