Sr. Credit Solutions Manager, Credit Solutions, Commercial Automotive Join a purpose‑driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high‑performing culture. Purpose The Senior Consultant, Risk Insights is responsible for contributing to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank’s Automotive Commercial Credit portfolio by performing financial solutions related activities for clients including risk analysis, deal structuring, and credit applications for high‑risk accounts and other accounts, as assigned. The Senior Consultant, Risk Insights also recommends corrective action on deficiencies and problem accounts as appropriate. Responsibilities Ensure timely analysis, structure and presentation of credit/financial solutions proposals within the prescribed portfolio. Provide prompt and sound recommendations in the analysis and adjudication of credit proposals. Recommend alternative terms, conditions and covenants to provide a viable banking proposal to the client within sound credit lending practices. Restructure marginal proposals into bankable deals where possible. Provide advice and solutions to staff on high‑risk accounts through the credit structuring process and identify and recommend monitoring and risk mitigation procedures to the CAST and Credit Solutions team members, other Commercial Banking groups and/or to bank partners including Global Banking & Markets and Global Wealth Management. Work directly with GRM partners to ensure a timely adjudication process. Training and Coaching Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for CAST and Credit Solutions Teams.



Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed and compliant. Communication and Authorization Review all written authorizations to ensure accuracy, completeness and clarity for high‑risk accounts. Ensure prompt follow‑up for acceptance of the authorization and react swiftly to any problems, amendments, extensions, reporting to senior management where necessary. Promptly and effectively address issues surrounding the adequacy, quality and completeness of loan documentation and security. Liaise on any required changes with the Sr. RM and follow up for the accurate execution and delivery of the same prior to disbursement of funds; provide GRM with promptfeedback when credit authorizations differ from those requested. Portfolio Quality and Compliance Advise senior management of any credit weaknesses developing within individual accounts through ongoing awareness and analysis of relevant financial, legal, political, technological, and industry information. Adhere to any regulatory and internal Bank policies and requirements. Ensure adherence to Information, Security and Policy Privacy Requirements. Comply with regulatory requirements as part of the service process,



including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti‑Money Laundering/Anti‑Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF), Privacy and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, process and guidelines. Qualifications Bilingualism is preferred. An undergraduate degree in business or economics (or work equivalency). An MBA or a qualified designation (CPA, CFA, etc.) would be of value. Excellent credit skills and significant credit experience. Excellent risk assessment and analysis skills. Excellent accounting and financial analysis skills. Good understanding of customer profitability model. Ability to build solid business case justification for deals. Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills. Superior sales/closing capabilities. Superior product knowledge. Good industry knowledge with areas of specialization where required.
