Deliver outstanding client service as a Client Service Administrative Associate. Support Wealth Advisors through effective administration and superior client relationship management.
In this role, you will ensure high-quality administrative support to Wealth Advisors, managing client inquiries and facilitating trade executions. Your contribution will also extend to marketing initiatives, including coordinating events and tracking performance metrics to promote business growth. Build strong cross-departmental relationships to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative processes for clients
• Support portfolio reviews and trade entries
• Assist with the coordination of marketing events




• Manage tracking reports to review advisor targets
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Requirements:
• Securities industry experience required
• Certified Investment Representative (IR)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with solid time management
• Outstanding client service abilities
