In this strategic role, you will own the distribution ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance pipeline visibility, boost reseller activation, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships with QBS Software at all levels
• Develop and execute business plans with revenue KPIs
• Drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Conduct structured pipeline reviews for accuracy
• Represent ShareGate at industry events across the region
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in IT distribution or channel ecosystems
• Proven skills in creating business plans with distributors
• Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English with travel willingness
