Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging camp activities
• Oversee camper supervision and safety protocols
• Support team culture with mentorship and feedback
• Engage in effective family communication
• Ensure safety standards are upheld
Requirements:
• One year of experience in youth programs or camps
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR Certification
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
