This is an excellent chance for an experienced Architect or Intern Architect focused on hospitality projects across North America. You will be responsible for overseeing project phases, from design development to technical documentation. Your leadership will support junior staff and ensure seamless project delivery through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all project phases from design to completion
• Ensure adherence to building standards and codes
• Translate design ideas into code-compliant plans
• Conduct thorough site reviews and assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve issues
Requirements:
• 9+ years of architecture experience focusing on Canadian codes
• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Experience in restaurant and hospitality design is essential
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication abilities for client liaison
