In this role, you will act as a liaison among engineering, production, and sales. Your responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, providing routine structural designs, and ensuring feasibility in production. Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency
• Review production shop drawings for precision
• Mentor and train junior staff and interns
• Develop structural designs for precast components
• Work with stakeholders to ensure product constructability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• EIT or P Eng. certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in precast production
• Proficient in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
