In this role, you'll utilize your experience to help technicians, service managers, and shop owners effectively integrate advanced shop management software. Your responsibilities include setting up accounts, training teams, and monitoring customer health to ensure they see rapid value. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities for enhancements that can elevate their performance and increase their return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new shops by setting up accounts and workflows
• Drive customer adoption of core software functionalities
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns for customer health
• Identify additional modules and workflows for growth
• Act as a liaison with internal teams for feedback
Requirements:
• Experience in service advising, management, or technical roles
• Strong communication skills to explain software simply
• Organized and proactive with follow-through abilities
• Comfortable adapting tech solutions for unique needs
• Previous training or mentoring experience is a plus
