Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and manage trade sequencing
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor workflow for efficiency
• Lead daily and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
Requirements:
• 7–15+ years of experience in construction
• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role
• Solid understanding of construction drawings
• Knowledge of Ontario regulations required
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades
