Main Duties And Responsibilities

- Be a hands‑on application expert in the SuccessFactors Certified Module(s)
- Intermediate to advance level knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules
- Work both individually and as part of a team of consultants on SuccessFactors solutions and manage the full implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare / review project deliverables and be accountable for working within scope.
- Advise Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best‑practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform, based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.
- Lead design workshops with the client and provide guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
- Support Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
- Provide impact assessment with Quarterly Releases.
- Enrich and develop reusable content / IP / tools (accelerators, enablers).
- Contribute to the knowledge base of the Syntax SAP Practice.
- Provide support for pre‑sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP / RFQ’s.
- Be able to complete / assist in demonstration set‑ups and create and deliver high‑quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Support functional and technical leads in workshops.




- Design and support proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
- Assist in preparing workshop / training materials.
- Proactively identify process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
- Gather and analyze the client’s business requirements and objectives.

Essential Functions

- Develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices while staying within scope.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Provide post‑go‑live application support under our Managed Services model.
- Complete continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills And Experience

- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and at least 3+ implementations in the candidate’s area of certified expertise highly desirable.
- Nice to have: knowledge of SAP Payroll (both on‑premise and EC Payroll).
- Nice to have: Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in the area of Employee Central Payroll and its integration with other SF modules, including replication and Payroll Control Center.
- Experience implementing integrations with third‑party applications such as timekeeping systems.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SuccessFactors.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors.
- In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Analytical and solutions‑oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into situations.




- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best‑practice recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.

Education and or Training

- Multiple module certifications in the following preferred: EC, ONB, RCM, RMK, LMS, Comp.
- Industry certifications also desirable (PMP, SAP HR, ITIL, etc.).
