Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
- Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep.
- Ensure scope changes are clearly called out, agreed upon, and adjusted against the timeline.
- Identify dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and communication.
- Report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and internal teams; escalate issues as needed and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform resource management, utilization, planning, estimation, release, and risk management.
- Work with stakeholders to monitor workstream progress for successful go-live.
- Monitor and report on project budget.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
