In this pivotal role, you will provide remote support for on-premises PACS and cloud-based products, ensuring timely problem resolution and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting inspections for data accuracy, monitoring system performance, and generating insightful customer reports. You'll also engage in installation upgrades and quality testing to improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee remote PACS and cloud support services
• Ensure rapid issue resolution for maximum customer satisfaction




• Conduct system performance validations and inspections
• Generate comprehensive reporting for customer communications
• Implement hardware/software installations and upgrades
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in medical imaging
• Proficiency with PACS, DICOM, and SQL queries
• Experience with Linux, Unix, and VMWare environments
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provide essential technical support to enhance healthcare experiences through medical imaging solutions.
