Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and drive new business growth opportunities
• Manage the entire sales funnel from lead to close

• Maintain CRM records and monitor closed revenue

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in transportation or logistics
• Proven success in complex sales cycles
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours
