We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager with strong field experience in multi-residential/construction environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful execution of projects by connecting field operations with internal planning and coordination. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on construction knowledge, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to make practical, informed decisions that support both operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage project schedules across multiple jobs and sites
- Ensure efficient coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead cost estimation processes and support accurate project budgeting
- Monitor financial performance and ensure projects remain within budget
- Drive accountability, performance and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure projects are executed on time and to quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to resolve operational challenges in real time
- Partner with Procurement, Business Development, Validations, and Trade Services teams




- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction and/or multi-residential project environments
- Strong field experience, with the ability to translate on‑site needs into operational plans
- Experience in scheduling, cost estimation and budget management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑paced workplace
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
