In this 6-month contract role, you will be responsible for full recruitment lifecycle management. Collaborate with hiring leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct assessments to find ideal candidates. Your expertise in recruitment will enhance employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to align on business needs
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies through various channels
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS
Requirements:
• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering skills
• Experience with Workday ATS
• High attention to detail and organization
• Background in industrial or technical recruiting preferred
