Reporting to the Manager of Underwriting Programs, you will perform quality reviews across all property and casualty business classes. This role emphasizes identifying underwriting trends, gaps, and risk exposures, aiding in sustainable portfolio health. Collaboration with internal teams and industry partners is essential for sharing insights and fostering consistent underwriting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits to assess underwriting quality and risks
• Analyze portfolio performance and loss experience
• Review underwriting practices and identify compliance issues




• Document audit findings to support decision-making
• Develop actionable solutions to address identified deficiencies
Requirements:
• College diploma in insurance or risk management
• Minimum of 5 years in property and casualty underwriting
• Strong understanding of underwriting principles
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
