This position is ideal for results-oriented professionals with extensive experience in managing residential developments. The candidate will need exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships with municipalities, consultants, and trade partners. A focus on communication and financial management is key to successfully executing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate project phases effectively
• Create and maintain project schedules and risk plans
• Monitor daily construction progress and site operations
• Evaluate bids,
negotiate contracts, and manage change orders
• Document site and design coordination meetings
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience
• Experience with $20M+ project values
• Solid knowledge of building codes and methodologies
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Valid driver’s license is essential
