Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager, Commercial Accounts at RBC, you will provide business and financial advice and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, supporting them in growing their enterprises. You will deliver top‑tier financial advice while balancing risk policy and tailoring solutions to client needs.

What will you do?

- Grow and deepen client relationships through delivery of value‑added, tailored financial advice to meet their needs.
- Proactively contact clients, gather insights, understand their evolving needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Plan and prioritize client and market activities; identify opportunities and introduce clients to RBC partners to meet their business and personal financial needs.
- Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures, developing appropriate action plans in response to concerns or risks.
- Champion digital enablement and advocate RBC mobile and online applications, enabling clients to engage through their channel of choice.
- Visit clients on‑site to gain a thorough understanding of their business objectives and operations.

Requirements

- Experience in exceptional client relationship management and client service.




- Ability to complete needs‑based discovery and solution development for commercial clients.
- Excellent communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
- Experience with emerging communications and technology (web‑based meetings, social media, digital banking, mobile apps).
- Credit skills and knowledge, including risk assessments, financial analysis, credit structuring, and presentation of banking solutions (nice to have).
- Familiarity with commercial banking systems and a broad array of financial products and services.
- University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related field.
