This position involves collaboration with the IT Manager to ensure technology resources are effectively utilized within the organization. As an IT Support Analyst, you will engage in device management, technical support, and troubleshooting, impacting both academic and administrative operations. Your contributions will facilitate a better learning experience for students and support the overall mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute and manage hardware efficiently
• Provide support for cloud systems
• Maintain and set up AV technology




• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
• Perform help desk tasks and oversee vendor relations
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma or equivalent experience in IT
• At least 2 years of relevant IT Support Analyst experience
• Prior work in K-12 or higher education is an asset
• Understanding of instructional technology practices
• Successful completion of police information checks
