This experienced insurance professional will manage a house portfolio providing excellent personalized customer service to their clients while following company policies and procedures using Epic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid client relationships
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Retain clear and concise documentation and records
- Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

Qualifications

- RIBO license
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines experience in a brokerage setting
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Proficient on EPIC and company portals
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
