Position: UX Researcher

Duration: 2 month assignment (contract)

Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement

- Akkodis is seeking a UX Researcher for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end UX research, working in agile environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that improve product and user experience, specifically for Copilot experiences across multiple platforms.

Services to be Provided

- Define research questions, scope, and plan studies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, UXD, UXR, UXW)
- Conduct qualitative research such as concept testing and usability studies
- Execute quantitative research including surveys and data analysis
- Analyze and synthesize research data to deliver transparent, actionable insights
- Support product and design decision-making through research-driven insights
- Work in an agile, fast-paced environment managing end-to-end research activities

Nice to Have (Desired experience):

- Experience with emerging AI-powered research tools (e.g., Hey Marvin, Dovetail, ListenLabs, Outset)
- Experience working on AI-driven or Copilot-like product experiences
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and diary studies
- Experience working in large-scale product environments





Expertise Required (Top 3 Required Skills):

- Strong experience in UX Research (qualitative and quantitative methods)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

- Experience conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies
- Strong ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources
- Experience delivering actionable insights to product and design teams
