This full time role focuses on the administration of compensation programs in North America. You will be involved in salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and alignment with organizational goals. Partnering with HR Business Partners, you'll validate compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain salary structures and job classifications
• Support annual compensation cycles and merit increases
• Facilitate compensation planning activities and surveys
• Validate compensation recommendations with HR Partners
• Develop job architecture supporting talent management
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in compensation or HR analytics
• Experience with U.S. and Canadian compensation programs
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with compliance and legislation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
