Drive soil management operations as a Soil Operations Superintendent. Lead initiatives in excess soil importation, ensuring efficient practices and compliance while promoting site sustainability across various projects.
In this permanent, full-time role, you'll supervise daily soil management activities within a cooperative environment. Key responsibilities include budget management, oversight of subcontractors, and the development of your team. Work closely with Operations and Environmental teams to transform regulations into actionable solutions, ensuring quality-control standards are upheld for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee soil management at multiple receiving sites
• Manage budgets and logistics effectively




• Supervise and mentor soil management staff
• Review and assess customer environmental documentation
• Ensure quality control of excess soil at all sites
Requirements:
• 7+ years in excess soil management
• Knowledge of Ontario soil legislation
• Experience with soil analytical data interpretation
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
