**Composites Technician – Build Cool Stuff for Supercars, Hypercars & Motorsports.**If you’re passionate about working with your hands and want a career where you grow every day — **welcome to Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.**At Multimatic, you’ll work with a team that designs and builds advanced composite components used in some of the coolest automotive and motorsport applications in the world. You’ll learn laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to learn — this is where you want to be.**Key Responsibilities****You’ll be hands-on from day one, all training is provided inhouse.** You will be:* Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave* Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials* Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures* Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications* Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals* Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns* Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail* Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations* Keeping your work area secure, clean, and organized* Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes**What We’re Looking For****You don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset:*** With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors,
