Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries to boost satisfaction
• Promote products based on customer needs
• Communicate effectively with Account Managers
• Handle account adjustments in partnership with Finance
• Coordinate logistics with Scheduling and Transport
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Dynamics
• Bilingual in English and French necessary
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
