Role Description

The Store Manager position is a full-time, in office role located in Abbotsford, BC. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and handling operational tasks.



Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding shopping experience
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively lead, train, and motivate team members
- Proven experience in store management and overseeing daily operations of a retail environment
- Experience in retail loss prevention strategies and maintaining inventory integrity
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Solid organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle operational responsibilities
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
