As a Slot Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 8-12 staff members, implementing daily priorities and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your role will involve managing guest transactions with fidelity, collaborating with management on employee performance, and initiating conflict resolution procedures when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily Slot Department activities
• Train and coach team members effectively
• Ensure confidentiality of guest transactions
• Liaise with management on employee performance
• Maintain a secure work environment
Requirements:
• 5 years of managerial experience required
• Proven customer service and cash-handling background
• Relevant degree or extensive casino experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Additional training in conflict resolution desired
