You will handle various therapeutic duties, such as case management and community interventions, while ensuring that living environments comply with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster personal and social development for clients
• Participate in planned team meetings and retreats
• Manage individual therapeutic responsibilities for youths
• Ensure compliance with licensing for living spaces
• Oversee meal preparation and essential program logistics
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Child and Youth Care or similar
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification necessary
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with transportation
• Experience with young people is strongly preferred
