Drive exceptional customer service as an Over-the-Counter Associate. Assist customers, maintain product organization, and ensure compliance with privacy standards while maximizing departmental performance.
This role focuses on customer interaction and operational excellence within the OTC department. Key responsibilities include zoning the area, managing stock rotation, and executing orders and procedures effectively. You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to pricing accuracy while collaborating with management for optimal sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with OTC product inquiries
• Maintain zoning and organization in the department
• Follow privacy practices in customer interactions
• Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates
• Execute orders, markups, and pricing procedures
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Robust attention to detail is required
• Familiarity with OTC products is a plus
• Effective communication skills needed
• Upkeep of cleanliness and order in work area
