Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor accounting team members
• Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Oversee cash flow, AP/AR, and payroll functions
• Ensure compliance during international expansion initiatives
• Drive process improvements and cost control efforts
Requirements:
• Must possess a Canadian CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years in people management roles
• Experience in consumer goods with inventory management
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Robust Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
