Provide high-level administrative support as an Executive Assistant. This 12-month contract role involves collaborating with the VP of Specialized Markets to enhance operational efficiency and strategic focus.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in group insurance and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. You'll be crucial in managing communications, drafting documents, and organizing meetings, allowing the VP to prioritize sales initiatives. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will enhance overall workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP
• Draft and edit business documents including presentations
• Organize and prepare meeting agendas and notes




• Facilitate inter-departmental project execution
• Address operational issues as they arise
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in group insurance roles
• Robust proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
