The program encompasses a comprehensive four-phase experience: starting with warehouse logistics, moving to customer service and operations, advancing to inside sales, and culminating in outside sales management. You will engage with contractors, learn about building management systems, and develop your account management skills while addressing customer needs and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand product flow from vendor to customer
• Provide customer service and manage sales support
• Oversee larger-scale project management tasks




• Source new business opportunities and negotiate deals
• Build relationships with contractors and vendors
Requirements:
• Educational background preferred, but not mandatory
• Willingness to engage in hands-on activities
• Results-focused mindset with teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Clean Driver's license is required
