The Surrey Radiology Group is seeking two full‑time radiologists to join our team at Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH) and the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre (JPOCSC) in Surrey, British Columbia.
Practice Overview
The Medical Imaging Departments at SMH and JPOCSC provide diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology services to a fast‑growing region in BC. SMH is a 600+ bed community and academic teaching hospital, the largest acute‑care facility in Fraser Health, supporting major programs. JPOCSC is a up-to-date ambulatory care facility focused on high‑volume outpatient imaging and same‑day surgery, integrating closely with SMH.
Group And Academic Environment
Our 15‑member radiology group emphasizes collegiality, equity, and mutual support. Many members are fellowship trained with subspecialty expertise.
The practice offers a mix of on‑site and remote clinical work with flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive and based on an equitable pooled billing model. We partner with the University of British Columbia Department of Radiology for teaching opportunities.
Qualifications
- Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- Fellowship‑level training, ideally in Cardiothoracic Imaging, Breast Imaging, or Neuroradiology
- Eligibility for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
