Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement leadership program strategies
• Facilitate outdoor education initiatives across communities

• Oversee program evaluation and quality assurance
• Prepare reports on program outcomes and growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 1-2 years in leadership roles with youth programs
• Experience in strategic partnership development
• Strong communication and public relations skills
• Valid driver’s license and Standard First Aid certification
