In this role, you will report to the Commercial Improvement Manager and play a crucial part in executing the corporate strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating commercial initiatives, maintaining performance documentation, and implementing effective training plans to facilitate process changes. You will also leverage data insights to create dashboards monitoring KPI outcomes and highlighting potential improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and coordinate commercial initiatives aligned with priorities
• Lead sustainment activities and maintain related documentation
• Manage stakeholder interactions and feedback prioritization
• Create change management and communication strategies
• Develop KPI dashboards to track initiative effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• 3–7 years experience in product management or process improvement
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Experience with Jira, DevOps, or Asana is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
