Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize work for unionized staff
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Conduct investigations into customer and shipper complaints
• Promote safety through audits and meetings
• Fill in on Armored or ATM routes as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in personnel management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with 6 demerits or less
• Non-Restricted and Restricted Firearms License required
• Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
