Gratton Coulee Agri Parts is a family-owned agricultural salvage yard which opened in 1988. The business has grown since then and is now situated on around 80 acres of land. Our inventory consists of thousands of tractor, combine, and self-propelled forage harvester parts.
Duties
- Answering phones and customer email inquiries in a timely manner
- Searching for parts in the parts catalogue
- Collecting payment for parts and arranging shipping when required
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to details when selling parts
- Must be able to work with others and alone with minimal supervision
- Prepare work orders ahead of time to ensure other departments have time to get their work done
- Keeping a clean workspace this may include: Taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, floors etc
- Assist periodically with special projects as required
Qualifications
- Motivated to learn our computer system
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive communication skills
- Valuable organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical knowledge (preferred)
- Reliability and punctuality are vital
- Must be willing to relocate to the Irma, Wainwright, or Hardisty area
