Our Calgary based client is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineering Analyst to lead the development of the organization’s human factors strategy from concept through full production, defining roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics

*Successful candidates must have a minimum of 10 years consecutive residence in Canada - for Canadian Secret Security Clearance*

Must Haves:

- 8+ years of experience in Human Factors, Human Systems, HCI, UX Research, or UX Architecture
- Strong experience analyzing results and producing artefacts that clearly capture user needs and design recommendations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Assessment




- Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Design, Psychology, Kinesiology, Computer Science, Systems Design, Ergonomics, or a related discipline with HFE/HCI coursework

Nice to Have

- Experience executing Human Factors or UX in an Agile setting
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-1472, ISO, and ANSI standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally
