We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M1) to join our growing team. Reporting to the PRM, you will be part of a collaborative maintenance department based at Springbank Airport, with opportunities to work in varied locations as operational needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of aircraft and aeronautical products in accordance with company manuals and Transport Canada regulations
- Complete all required documentation accurately (worksheets, tags, etc.)
- Maintain high safety standards in the shop and hangar environment
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and efficient
- Utilize technical manuals and resources to ensure quality workmanship
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support and follow the company’s Safety Management Plan
- This role is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined in the Substance Abuse Policy and is subject to assessment therein.
Qualifications:
- Valid M1 License
- Completion of an Approved Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Course
- Working knowledge of CARS
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Cessna and Piper piston aircraft considered an asset
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and professionalism
- Valid police security clearance
- Valid Canadian passport
- Willingness to travel/work at different locations as required
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), with flexibility based on operational needs
