The Role

This is primarily a front desk, client-facing role, including:

- Welcoming clients and creating a positive, supportive first impression
- Managing phones, scheduling, and appointment flow in a busy environment
- Handling client questions, payments, and coordination of care
- Supporting overall clinic organization and communication
- Occasional assistance to the veterinary team as needed

Who You Are

- Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced customer service role is required
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate with clients and patients
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who takes initiative and keeps things moving
