Key Responsibilities:
• Submit clean claims efficiently for assigned clinics
• Follow up on denials with urgency and clarity
• Post payments and reconcile accounts proactively




• Develop internal billing documentation for knowledge sharing
• Identify trends and collaborate on process improvements
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in U.S. medical billing experience
• Familiarity with Office Ally, Availity, or similar systems
• Robust understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
• Confident communicator skilled at building rapport
• Experience with interpreting EOBs and ERAs
