Talent Diamond Immigration is seeking a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our growing professional services platform.
This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed or early-career RCIC who is looking to build their practice with operational support, marketing exposure, and a steady flow of potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide immigration advice and consultation in compliance with Canadian regulations
- Prepare and submit immigration applications through the appropriate channels
- Represent clients before relevant Canadian immigration authorities when required
- Conduct eligibility assessments for immigration programs
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes
- Maintain accurate client records and case files
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines
- Stay updated on changes to Canadian immigration policies and programs
Qualifications
- Active RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants
- Newly licensed RCICs are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and case management skills
- High ethical and professional standards
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience with programs such as:
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
- Study permits
- Work permits
- Family sponsorship
