The Primary Care Centre is a comprehensive healthcare facility providing a wide range of healthcare services and is now co-located at Natso'oojeh Hospital. It offers primary care, chronic disease management, walk-in clinic services, pre and postnatal care, immunizations, child health clinics, wound care, and more. The centre also provides mental health and addictions support, social work services,
and virtual care options such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychiatry. There are three First Nations clinical outreach programs in the surrounding area.
The NEW Natso'oojeh Hospital & Health Centre, which opened in January of 2025, is a state-of-the-art facility that replaces the outdated Stuart Lake General Hospital and the Fort St. James Health Centre.
