What You Will Be Responsible For
Prepare surfaces for painting or other types of finishing by performing sandblasting operations
Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are being followed during the sandblasting process
Operate sandblasting equipment and machinery, including adjusting the necessary settings and maintaining equipment
Inspect equipment, materials, and surfaces before and after the sandblasting process to ensure that the job has been completed to the required standard
Keep accurate records of all sandblasting jobs.
Collaborate with other team members, such as painters or supervisors, to ensure that the sandblasting process complements and supports the overall project goals
Communicate effectively with clients or customers, answering any questions they may have about the sandblasting process and providing recommendations for maintenance or further work

What We Look For
Experience in sandblasting techniques and equipment.




Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to sandblasting operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
Familiarity with different types of abrasive materials and their applications.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of blasting operations.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other workers and supervisors.
Willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as required by the project.
