Bilingual Payroll Coordinator (Remote – Canada)

Quebec Payroll Experience Required | ADP WFN Environment

We’re hiring a Bilingual Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll for a growing technology company with ~500 employees across Canada. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Quebec payroll experience who is confident navigating CNESST, Revenu Québec, and multi-provincial payroll complexities within ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle payroll for Ontario and Quebec employees (~500 total)
- Process payroll in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Quebec legislation (CNESST, QPIP, provincial deductions)
- Manage ROEs, benefits, and employee payroll records
- Support month-end close (journal entries, G/L reconciliations)
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues quickly
- Assist with audits and continuously improve payroll processes

What You Bring

- Fully bilingual (English and French)




- 3+ years of payroll experience, including Quebec payroll
- Strong understanding of Quebec statutory requirements (CNESST, QPIP, Revenu Québec)
- Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), Dayforce, UKG, or Dejardins (preferred)
- PCP or PLP designation (preferred)
