Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification (an asset) Previous experience as a security guard (physical intervention, patrol, access control, or surveillance) required.

Experience in tactical security or a secured site is an asset.

Proven skills in communication, stress management, and teamwork.
