We’re a locally owned fire life safety company based in Kelowna, proudly serving the Okanagan with inspection, maintenance, and installation services.
We’re looking for a Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and scheduling service calls, inspections, and maintenance for our field technicians
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met
- Adjusting schedules and handling urgent service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Maintaining accurate job details and updates in our service software (ServiceTrade)
- Supporting technicians with job information, updates, and follow-ups
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar administrative/operations role (service or trades industry is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Solid computer skills, including experience with scheduling or service software, and confidence working in digital systems
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (ServiceTrade experience is an asset)
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
