JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the IT Director and within a dynamic and agile IT team, the main role of the technician will be to respond to requests for services and application assistance from users.
He is a specialist in operational hotel and restaurant applications (In direct contact with our guests).
He will have the opportunity to collaborate on multiple projects using cutting-edge technologies.

for team members and their immediate families Hybrid telecommuting policy Well-lit and friendly work environment Advantageous team-member rate to experience Germain Hotels properties Opportunity for advancement within a company that is growing across Canada YOUR ROLE Provide level 2 support for application assistance calls Manage the creation of accounts on various applications Communicate with vendors to resolve issues Improve and update user guides and procedures Create, improve and maintain technical documentation Collaborate in the harmonization and optimization of the use of operational applications Collaborate in their configuration and deployment Work closely with operations, accounting, distribution and marketing Act as an operations representative to the IT team, and technology facilitator to operations YOUR PROFILE Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management Experience in a support role is an asset Good knowledge of Opera PMS / Opera S&C; / Simphony POS Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry Application analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Willingness to learn new technology skills Fluency in French and English Curiosity and resourcefulness Good priority management
