Our Armstrong Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces 234 million board feet every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.n

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- High School Diplomaor equivalent.
n
- Commitment toworking safelycoupled withstrong communication&interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to workvarious shifts,including evenings and weekends,in a physically demanding industrial environment.
n
- Strongproblem-solvingskills.
n
- Ability to workindependentlywithlittle supervision.
n
- Previous experience in a forest products environment is considered anasset.
n

- Work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products.

- Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.

- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot problems that might arise in your area, and communicate with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.

- Use your strong communication skillsto work collaboratively across your team.
