Cardinal Health Canada seeks a highly motivated administrator for the role of
**Executive Assistant,**
Administration reporting to the Senior Director, Sales and Services, East.
This is a hybrid position reporting twice a week at our Doval, Quebec office, at times for specified meetings and events.
This role is responsible for assisting general business functions by providing an array of administrative and data support activities, including the management of reports, records, invoices, travel and expenses as well as preparing correspondence and presentations.
The successful candidate provides a full scope of administrative support to Senior Sales Leaders, HR and legal as well as on-site support to the Dorval facility.
The Exec Admin also plays an important role in translation coordination and serves as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.

**_Your Contributions to the Organization will be_** :
Schedule and coordinate meetings, address catering and video conferencing needs, and take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Manage email calendars and draft internal and external correspondence and memos on behalf of senior leaders.
Prepare and process expense reports, purchase requirements and invoices.
Prepare and review Power
Point presentations, organizational charts and other materials for Sales and HR leaders.
Act as primary contact and reviewer for all translations from English to French (global materials, sales documents, HR documents, trainings, etc.).
Send materials to translation vendor, proof-read, suggest edits.
Act as member of OLF francization committee u2013 participate in meetings and own action items.
Maintain accurate and updated information on Carrefour Lobby Quu00e9bec.
Support regional and national sales meetings with scheduling, coordination with events and travel teams, on-location attendee registration and support, and procuring awards and trophies.
Provide back-up support to on-site Dorval Facilities leader in tasks such as ordering office supplies, distributing mail, greeting visitors and contractors, signing for packages and preparing building access cards.
Support the onboarding of new leaders with IT access requests, orientation schedules and materials.
Support on-site engagement and employee activities.

**You are bilingual ** (English and French) **** *English language skills are essential for communicating with, supporting, and providing services to individuals, employees, or partners who do not speak French, particularly when they are outside the province of Quebec
Post Secondary education is preferred
Fluent in English and French, written and oral u2013 experience with translation an asset
6 + years of related professional experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Experience and comfort using various systems and applications
Effectively apply knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.
Work closely with other administrative assistants to ensure consistent flow of communication and coordination of efforts.
Self-directed and ability to anticipate leader needs and offer support and solutions.
Ability to treat sensitive information, exercising diplomacy and tact in all interactions.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to interface with employees at all organizational levels.
Detail oriented and able to work with a high level of confidentiality.

La personne retenue fournira un soutien administratif complet aux dirigeants du comitu00e9 exu00e9cutif des ventes, aux ressources humaines et au service juridique, ainsi quu2019un soutien sur place aux installations de Dorval.
Lu2019adjoint (e) joue u00e9galement un ru00f4le significant dans la coordination des traductions et agit comme liaison administrative aupru00e8s des intervenants internes et externes.

Planifier et coordonner les ru00e9unions, gu00e9rer les besoins en service de traiteur et visioconfu00e9rence, et prendre les notes de ru00e9union et le suivi des u00e9lu00e9ments du2019action.
Gu00e9rer les agendas u00e9lectroniques et ru00e9diger la correspondance et les notes internes et externes au nom des hauts dirigeants.
Pru00e9parer et traiter les rapports de du00e9penses, les besoins du2019achats et les factures.
Pru00e9parer et ru00e9viser des pru00e9sentations Power
Point, des organigrammes et du2019autres documents pour les u00e9quipes des Ventes et des RH.
Agir comme personne-ressource principale pour la ru00e9vision de toutes les traductions de lu2019anglais au franu00e7ais (documents globaux, documents de vente, documents RH, formations, etc.).
Envoyer les documents au fournisseur de traduction, ru00e9viser, suggu00e9rer des modifications.
Siu00e9ger au comitu00e9 de francisation de lu2019OLF u2013 participer aux ru00e9unions et assurer le suivi des u00e9lu00e9ments du2019action.
Maintenir des informations exactes et u00e0 jour sur Carrefour Lobby Quu00e9bec.
Soutenir les ru00e9unions de vente ru00e9gionales et nationales en assurant la planification, la coordination avec les u00e9quipes des u00e9vu00e9nements et des voyages, lu2019inscription et le soutien des participants sur place, ainsi que lu2019approvisionnement en prix et trophu00e9es.
Offrir un soutien de remplacement au responsable des installations u00e0 Dorval pour des tu00e2ches telles que la commande de fournitures de bureau, la distribution du courrier,
lu2019accueil des visiteurs et des entrepreneurs, la ru00e9ception des colis et la pru00e9paration des cartes du2019accu00e8s au bu00e2timent.
Soutenir lu2019intu00e9gration des nouveaux gestionnaires en gu00e9rant les demandes du2019accu00e8s TI, les horaires du2019orientation et le matu00e9riel associu00e9.
